Each of our clocks is made with great care and attention and none leave our studio without being throroughly checked for perfection. However, we do understand that sometimes, events out of our control can occur and we will try our very best to resolve any issues like these, to the best of our ability.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us first before returning your order, either by filling in the contact form or by emailing email@example.com. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible, and at the very latest within 10 days of receipt of the item. Once we have discussed the issue and come to a mutual agreement on how to proceed, then we would ask you to return the clock to us in its original unused condition.
faulty Items will only be accepted if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have agreed with you otherwise
The item is your responsibility until it arrives with us. We would therefore advise you to use a recorded delivery service when sending the product back
